Context
Slack is the messaging platform many teams use to communicate and collaborate. It is widely used across companies of all sizes, and is known for channels, integrations, and being where work conversations happen.
Slack is the messaging platform at the center of how many teams communicate. With Unless, you deploy your AI customer agent there too.
It is the same agent across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support: one brain, one relationship per customer. When a conversation needs a person, it hands off with full context.
Because this is where your customers are, it is also where the agent does its work: it answers their questions, picks up buying, retention, and upsell signals to route to your team, and can start actions when you allow it.
Key benefits
- Meet customers where they are: Your agent answers on Slack instantly, around the clock, in every language you support.
- Handoff with full context: When a person is needed, the conversation passes to your team with the whole history attached.
- Questions, signals, and actions in one place: The agent answers questions on Slack, spots buying and churn signals to route to your team, and can start permissioned actions, all where your customers already are.
How does it work?
Unless deploys your AI customer agent on Slack, where it answers questions, picks up signals to route to your team, starts permissioned actions, and hands off to a human with full context when needed.
Install instructions
